Put the Pain Pills Away and Relieve Your Back Pain With These Easy Tips:

Put the Pain Pills Away and Relieve Your Back Pain With These Easy Tips:Back pain is no joke. It can really limit what we’re free to experience in life and discourage our spirits! Medication has it’s place, but it doesn’t mean we need it for every tense or pinched moment. At Eurospa, we’ve been providing homes and spas with quality menthol and eucalyptus products for over 30 years, and have during that time, learned a lot about the benefits these products provide for back and muscle pain, in addition to a few other natural tips.
So, we want to share with you some simple ways to experience relief naturally, without the pain pills.
3 Ways to Use Eucalyptus

  1. Add 3-5 drops of straight (neat) eucalyptus oil directly onto sore muscles. Slowly massage into skin. (It's a strong oil thought and it may be best to dilute with coconut oil first, until you know how your body responds)
  2. Add 15-50 drops of eucalyptus oil to a hot bath. Combined with the benefits of the oil, the heat of the water encourages muscles to relax and helps reduce next-day stiffness. For additional benefits, Epsom salts can be added to the water as well.
  3. The easiest and our favorite option, is to get our Top Grade Eucalyptus Oil Shower Spray and simply spray into the hot steam of your shower - or even into the warmth of any sauna or steam room. You'll not only enjoy the relaxation in your muscles, but you'll be breathing in the anti-inflammatory properties of the eucalyptus, along with every molecule of oxygen that enters your body.

Other Tips

See a Chiropractor. Sometimes the solution is for more simple than we realize. Have a chiropractor check your alignment. If your spine is off balanced even in one spot, it can pinch the nearby nerves, causing muscle tension and spasm.

Get Acupuncture. Even doctors agree that acupuncture provides relief. Your body has a system of nerve nets and pathways all over your body. These pathways can become jammed and affect your muscle tension and create pain. Acupuncture needles help to clear the congestion of the nerves so they can relax.

Drink Water. Hydrated muscles are happy muscles. Dehydration can cause the muscle fibers to become sticky and stiff. Drink more water and stay away from what causes more dehydration; caffeine, sugar, processed foods, excess salt and alcohol.

Breathe Deeper. When we breathe deeply, we send more oxygen to the muscle tissues and calm the nerves. Don’t underestimate the power of 10 deep breaths when you’re in pain!

Remember, the body has an amazing ability to heal itself when supported well through lifestyle and proper healthy habits. Pain in the body is also a sign of something else going on, so in addition to getting relief naturally, be sure to investigate the cause with your doctor or natural medicine practitioner.

Eurospa is dedicated to your health on the inside and out. As always, contact us with any questions as we want you on the road to body freedom as joyously as possible!

How to Treat and Heal Your Blemishes Naturally at Home

How to Treat and Heal Your Blemishes Naturally at HomeAcne and skin blemishes can be exhausting regardless of the cause. The truth is, the causes usually stem from imbalanced hormones or an accumulation of internal toxins. So if you want to heal your chronic skin conditions, it’s imperative that you treat the problems on the inside for lasting results.
However, in the meantime, you deserve some easy tips to helping them heal faster for healthier and more glowing skin.
Cleanse. Never go to bed with dirty skin. Our faces end up with so much added dirt, oil and environmental debris that adds up and clogs our pores. So it’s simple. Wash it off before bed.
Tone. This one is simple. After cleansing, reach for witch hazel, and place some on a cotton pad. Then smooth over your entire face to pick up any residue that may have been missed during cleansing.
Tea tree oil. Gels containing 5 percent tea tree oil may be as effective as are lotions containing 5 percent benzoyl peroxide, although tea tree oil might work more slowly. Tea tree oil may cause a skin reaction known as contact dermatitis. There's also some concern that topical products containing tea tree oil might cause breast development in young boys. Don't use tea tree oil if you have acne rosacea because it can worsen symptoms.
Hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide kills bacteria due to its oxygen molecules-- the oxygen creates oxidation, which breaks down harmful bacteria. Just cleanse well and rest a cotton ball of H2O2 on the pimple first thing in the morning and before you go to bed.
Eucalyptus oil. Because of it's antibacterial and analgesic properties, this essential oil is - essential to keeping your skin healthy. The best way is not to put it directly on the blemish, as it's too potent. Rather, spritz some eucalyptus oil shower spray into the steam of your shower or into a steaming pot for your face!  An added benefit is the cleansing your sinuses and respiratory system will experience.
Eurospa is dedicated to your whole body health, which includes the health of your skin. We provide quality essential oil products for both home and spa.  Contact us today and tell us how we can make your life that much better!

Quick Natural Relief for Tired Sleepy Eyes

Quick Natural Relief for Tired Sleepy Eyes Whether it’s late night studying, having fun, a restless baby or a wound up mind, nobody likes waking up with tired eyes and the mind that matches it.
So we want to share with you some simple and natural tips to waking up not only your eyes but your whole self, so you can conquer your day with energy and eyes wide open!
Cold water. Immediately cleanse your face upon waking. Let let the cold begin. Splash your face with as cold of water you can handle, 10 - 20 times. If you’re feeling super brave, lay with an ice pack on your eyes for 5 minutes.
Take a shower. Not just any shower, take a eucalyptus shower. Run some hot water and spray eucalyptus oil mist into the steam. Breathe deep and let the menthol penetrate your lungs and skin cells for total body rejuvenation!
Caffeine. Brew up some green or black tea using 2 bags total. Once it has steeped, set aside the bags on a dish, and maybe drink the tea.  But grab those tea bags, lay down and place them on your eyes for about 10 minutes to see some great tightening and brightening.
Lemon water. Nothing is better than drinking some hot, warm or cold lemon water in the morning. Simply slice and squeeze the lemon, add water and enjoy! This will detox your endocrine and lymphatic system for an awakening from the inside out!
Eye drops. A perfect finishing touch includes lubricating and redness reducing eye drops. You’ll feel more wide eyed and less bloodshot within minutes!
Enjoy these tips and go about your day. At Eurospa, we don’t want you to miss out on life and are happy to leave you with all the natural solutions you need to make your day, (and life) great!

How to Find Relief from the Symptoms of Menopause Naturally

How to Find Relief from the Symptoms of Menopause NaturallyOne minute your feel like a normal woman, and the next moment you’re riding the waves of mood swings, body changes, hot flashes and fatigue. It feels like a roller coaster stuck on the loops! You deserve some easy and natural ways to ease those symptoms so you don’t have to stop living your life.

Here are our tips on finding relief from menopause both naturally, and at home:

Tip #1
The best medicine is preventative and the most preventative medicine is found in the  food that you eat. You should strive to eat a balance of good fats, complex carbohydrates and protein. Also, make sure to have plenty of fruits and vegetables at every meal, including breakfast. It’s best to eat three meals a day and two or more snacks in order to keep your blood sugar stable. The most important thing to remember is to reduce carbohydrates especially refined carbohydrates and sugars.

Tip #2
Supplement with herbs. Herbs are miraculous because they share a similar molecular structure to our hormones, allowing them to support our hormone production by slowing them down or even copying what our own hormones do depending on the body’s unique needs. Some herbs that can help reduce menopause symptoms include st. john’s wort, black cohosh, passionflower, chasteberry, wild yam and ashwagandha.

Tip #3
Be active. Because of your fluctuating estrogen levels, your body will tend to hold on to fat. Additionally, fat actually produces estrogen, which can create even more fat. So it’s easy to get stuck in a frustrating cycle if you’re not active. Moving your body has a major impact on your weight, other menopausal symptoms and your overall health. Gentle exercise can be helpful too, especially if your adrenal glands are overworked and you constantly feel fatigued. Movement is also medicine so find a movement you enjoy and be consistent!

Tip #4
Keep the hot flashes at bay. Those up and down hormones cause you to feel out of nowhere, so be prepared! Be sure to drink a lot of water so the heat doesn’t tax your system. Also be sure to stock up on a eucalyptus shower mist, that you can either spray into the steam of the shower to invigorate you, or for you to spray around you as the hot flashes hit. Eucalyptus is cooling and calming; the perfect helper to this crazy season.

Tip #5
Be nurturing to yourself. The physical effects of stress make nurturing self-care especially important. One of the most effective, inexpensive and amazingly simple ways to reduce stress is deep breathing. Think how easy just taking a deep breath several times a day is. Know how much sleep you need, and respect that. Go to bed early or sleep in if you can. Get massages. Get facials. Your skin is likely to break out more often with the hormonal changes and it feels good to maintain your glow.

When women make natural adjustments to their lifestyles, not only do they feel much better but also feel in control of their menopause symptoms. Eurospa is happy to support you on the journey. Please be sure to to find out more about our high quality products for spa and home.

Simple Ways to Keep a Pregnant Woman Comfortable!

Simple Ways to Keep a Pregnant Woman Comfortable!
Pregnancy isn’t an easy adventure for anyone, but for the woman, the hardest challenge comes with trying to stay comfortable. Her body is expanding and growing a miracle and it hurts! Of course, it’s still a beautiful process, but if she’s not comfortable, you’ll all forget to enjoy it!
A well nurtured pregnant woman is well worth the effort and we know these tips will help you get her there!
Help Her Sleep
She will need a lot of sleep and if she doesn’t get it, you can bet on a difficult day for her. So respect her needs. She may need to sleep in or even go to bed early and rise early. Some days she may need darkness, others light. Some days white noise and other days, silence. Try to be flexible. Remember, it doesn’t have to make sense, it just has to be respected!
Invest in a Body Pillow
Get her a body pillow. These are wonderful additions to the bed as they support the hips, the belly, neck and back depending on how you use them. This will not only make for a better night sleep but also come in handy when the baby is born.
Keep Her Hydrated
It’s vital that she stay hydrated both for herself and the growing child. If she is dehydrated, there won’t be enough embryonic fluid, which can lead to complications. If she can’t handle the taste of water, play with it. Add ice, lemon wedges or cucumber slices and a couple drops of stevia to sweeten it. Don’t be discouraged if she doesn’t like it. Remember, this is frustrating for her too.
Body Care
Keep body relaxation and pampering on the schedule regularly. Book her weekly or monthly massages if it’s in the budget. Rub her neck, feet and hands a few times per week without complaining. Use the best eucalyptus oil shower mist to make her a foot soak or a steam shower to not only relax those tired muscles but to help energize her without the use of caffeine.
Remember, her body is changing constantly and she has more hormones circulating through her than she knows what to do with. If she’s edgy, see how you can help but be sure to not take anything personally. Her feeling sick and uncomfortable is not your fault. But if you’re short tempered, defensive or aggressive, that will be your fault and not a smart move! Just be loving and patient. Be sure to invest time into yourself and remember that this too, shall pass.

Those are just a few ideas to start with, but we are confident that they will make a world of difference, so try them! And for further information on our eucalyptus or menthol products for home and spa use, contact us at Eurospa!

Fast Relief for Sore and Tired Feet You Can Use at Home!

Fast Relief for Sore and Tired Feet You Can Use at Home Fast Relief for Sore and Tired Feet You Can Use at Home
We’ve all been there for whatever reason, be it an intense activity, standing all day at work or pregnancy … and foot pain can be really intense! Of course the best remedy for this is to get off your feet, but aside from kicking back and relaxing, we want to share some easy relief giving tips you can use to ease those tired and sore feet!

Steam and Soak
Fast Relief for Sore and Tired Feet You Can Use at Home Sometimes aching feet are simply the result of bearing too much weight or stress in the muscles or connective tissues. The best remedy for this is a eucalyptus foot bath. Just soak your feet in a small tub or in a store-bought foot spa with warm to hot water for 5-10 minutes. Before adding the water, add a couple sprays of Eurospa’s eucalyptus oil shower mist to the water, as eucalyptus has a cooling effect as well as anti-inflammatory benefits. If your feet are swollen, hot, or tired, use cool water instead of warm and elevate your feet for a half hour or more after the soak.
Stretch Well
Muscles that are contracting or spasming are from being over worked or stressed. Stretch your feet, calves, legs and even hips to counteract this tightness. The best time to stretch is after your activity and after the warm soak, when muscles will be most relaxed.
Massage
This is always the desire method, right? Best done after the soak and stretch, simply apply oil or lotion to the soles and massage while placing gentle thumb pressure to any sore areas of the feet. Focus on the length of the arch, from the ball of the foot to the heel. You can best feel it on the sole of your foot when you flex your toes upward. Your arch is vital for care, as it gives form and support to the foot, which is necessary for absorbing shock when our feet hit the ground. Tightness of the inner arch can often be a root cause of heel soreness.
Wear Arch Supports
For the best maintenance, be sure to use a daily arch support in your shoes. These will help decrease the shock that your feet experience with every step. The heel and ball of the foot are especially prone to soreness and full-length arch supports will help cushion these areas. Custom made supports are also available if needed and offer even more support for the feet and have the added benefit of accommodating specific foot problems.
Check Your Shoes
It’s good to check and see if your shoes are a large contributor to your pain. It’s important that you choose functionality over function. These days it’s easy to find good shoes that not only support your feet but look fashionable as well, so don’t compromise here!  If you do have proper shoes but they have excess wear and tear, they may be contributing to your sore feet. Worn out soles can change the dynamic of how your feet hit the ground, thus throwing off your biomechanics. Also be sure to have your feet measured before your next shoe purchase; you’d be surprised to find out how many people are wearing the wrong size shoes!
Use these tips and find relief today, especially with the help of Eurospa’s top quality eucalyptus products!

How to Get Glowing Skin in Spite of Winter Dryness

Everyone wants that fresh and dewy look and why not? It keeps you looking youthful and full of life and most people love that; even men! But winter can be harsh with all false heating and cold winter wind that dries you up and spits you out! Never you fear though, we at Eurospa specialize in bettering your health and getting your skin to glow with vibrance.
Get glowing skin in spite of winter dryness with these simple tips:
Drink plenty of water:
It’s not easy because you’re cold! Well, that’s simple. Heat it up! You can easily make some hot or warm water and add a splash of lemon or some mint leaves to create some instant flavor. Without being hydrated on the inside, your skin will inevitably stay parched.
Moisturize:
Use a quality, paraben free moisturizer, even in you’ve got oily skin. Moisturizers help to balance the oil production while quenching your skin’s intense thirst!
Exfoliate:
It doesn’t cost a lot for this one. Just sprinkle a little baking soda into your daily cleanser about twice a week to add a little buff and shine to your skin. Baking soda not only sloughs off the dead skin, but also helps neutralize your skin’s sensitive ph naturally and affordably!
Steam:
Open up your pores and both cleanse and nourish them in the steam of your shower for totally hydration and renewal. Add only the best eucalyptus oil shower spray, to the steam and your shower will turn into a total spa experience. You won’t believe the glow you’ll get from just this one tip! Eucalyptus cleanses the skin but also increases circulation, bringing more blood to the flush of your cheeks and more oxygen to each thirsty cell!
Dry skin is a real winter bummer, but you can beat it! We at Eurospa believe you deserve only the best of the best, which is what we provide you with! Please contact us today with any questions or orders!

Easy Tips to Hydrate Dry Hair Naturally at Home!

Easy Tips to Hydrate Dry Hair Naturally at Home!Everyone wants healthy flowing hair that shines with a strength like no other. And while we’d like to remind you that those inspirational magazine photos are unrealistically touched up, we do want to leave you with some tried and true tips that will condition and strengthen your dried out and brittle locks….all naturally done at home, of course!

Avocado
Mash a ripe avocado (pit removed) with one egg, then apply this home remedy to wet hair. Avocados are rich in vitamins, essential fatty acids, and minerals that will help restore luster to your hair, says Stephen Sanna, expert colorist at the Pierre Michel Salon in New York City. Leave on for at least 20 minutes, then rinse several times. Repeat once a week for damaged hair and once a month for healthy hair.

Buttered up.
You can treat dry, brittle hair with a small amount of butter for a glossy shine! Massage it into your dry hair, then cover your hair with a shower cap for about a half hour. Shampoo as usual, and rinse all the butter out.

Stay Hydrated.
Drinking enough water each day helps the body to process and flush out toxins faster, which makes it a quick and easy natural method that will make your hair grow a lot faster. If you drink about 8 cups of water a day, not only will your body feel better, but your hair will get stronger. The stronger the hair, the faster that it grows. Drinking water also keeps your hair hydrated from the inside out. Hydrated hair is happy hair because, when dry, your hair is much more likely to break.

Comb or wait.
Never brush your hair when it’s wet. It’s more likely to break. Use a wide tooth come after applying a detangler and hair protection spray. Brush each night to keep the hair smooth and tangle free; further avoiding breakage while sleeping.

Protect from heat!
It's old news, but heat is damaging to your hair! Try to stay away from blow dryers and heated tools, as they burn the hair. If you MUST use them, be sure to use a heat protecting spray or cream first, before styling. Keep in mind that the sun damages hair as well. In warmer weather, or intense sunlight (even in the snow) keep a hat on to protect your hair from over drying and burning.

Wrap it dry.
Instead of rubbing your hair after you get it wet, wrap up your damaged hair in a cotton towel, and let the cotton absorb the moisture for a few minutes. This helps protect against further split ends.

Good foods.
Did you know that what you eat actually makes a difference in how fast your hair grows? If you eat a lot of good fats and protein-rich foods, you will see a huge difference in the quality of your hair, as well as the speed with which it grows. Things like organic butter, coconut oil, avocado, flax oil, fish, eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables, and even different meats all make a difference, so cut down on junk food and focus on heal meals.

Eucalyptus.
Get into a sauna, steam room or even your shower, one to two times a week and spray eucalyptus oil shower spray near your head, about arms length away; never onto the head directly. The circulation promoting plant oils will penetrate through your open pores, waking up the follicles. Add to this a gentle scalp massage and you'll have one happy head! You can also make a topical essential oil blend. I suggest mixing three drops of lavender oil, three drops of rosemary oil, and two drops each of thyme oil and cedarwood oil, along with some jojoba oil.

Don’t be discouraged by your dry brittle hair. Trim what you are willing to part with and then do your best to nourish it naturally! At Eurospa, we love providing you with the natural tips you need to feel healthy, look healthy and live well. Please visit our site to learn more about our eucalyptus and mint products today!

Discover the Powerful Health Benefits of Menthol Crystals in the Comfort of Your Home!

Discover the Powerful Health Benefits of Menthol Crystals in the Comfort of Your Home! What if you could easily relieve the symptoms of bronchial congestion and muscle tension alike, in a natural and easy way, right in your own home? You’d likely think I was lying to you, but mostly - you’d want to know more.
Why? Because nobody likes to be plagued by ailments that slow us down and cause us to live life on a ‘lesser than’ level. The common frustrations like muscle stiffness, joint pain, respiratory pain or congestions not only slow us down, but they wear on us and bring our whole life quality down.
Everyone has experienced lung congestion one or multiple times. It's miserable and hard to breathe.  You deserve fast acting, natural relief that not only clears the congestion but heals you as well.
Regular lung cleansing may just be the answer to many respiratory problems. Since we’re always breathing, problems with the lungs can really slow us down - it's not something we can just easily ignore. Even the best medicines tend to only help on a temporary basis.  And when that help is over, you are left still needing to breathe, right? The beauty of this is that menthol crystals are a remedy you can use at home, that will provide symptomatic relief because the menthol reduces bronchial constriction and airway hyper responsiveness.
Menthol likely sounds familiar to you as the plant essence is often found in mouthwashes, toothpaste, balms, and many other products. It's the primary active ingredient in essential oil of peppermint that provides the familiar cooling sensation and minty odor and taste. Menthol crystals are produced by rapidly cooling the essential oil of eucalyptus and peppermint. They are very concentrated and if used properly, are very beneficial when used for lung cleansing in small amounts.

Menthol Crystals for Cough and Congestion Support

Lung cleansing products that contain menthol crystals can provide tremendous relief for symptoms of congestion, upper respiratory problems, sore throat and coughs. In fact, most lozenges, cough drops, and respiratory balms will list menthol as the chief ingredient. It’s no surprise, if you’re congested and start inhaling the scent of menthol crystals, you can almost feel the menthol vapors attacking and breaking up lung congestion. The cooling and soothing sensation can be very relieving.
Adding menthol crystals to hot water and inhaling the vapors can begin to soothe congestion and irritated nasal or throat passages. Before getting in the shower, try dissolving some menthol crystals in a little water and add a few drops to the shower walls. The steam will release the menthol and provide you with an invigorating shower that provides aroma therapeutic benefits.
Menthol crystals aren't just available in small amounts for you to use in the comfort of your home, they can be used in industrial amounts in spa's as well. So wether you are the owner of a spa, we would love to enhance the benefits your clientele enjoy's through these amazing menthol crystals! Just imagine infusing one of your darker steam rooms with menthol essential oils, as your clients' sinuses and lungs rapidly clear!
Your health and the health of your clients are our top priority.  At Eurospa, we promise top quality in all of our eucalyptus oil based products. We can't wait to hear from you, put in your order today!

Great News! A Natural Energy Booster for the Coffee Quitters!

Great News! A Natural Energy Booster for the Coffee Quitters! Ok. So you’ve quit coffee. Join the rest of the headache ridden and groggy masses making this drastic health change. Or maybe you just need to drink less of this addicting dehydrating beverage? Regardless of how much or how little - you’re going to need something to replace that energy kick you’re so used to.
As stated above, coffee is incredibly dehydrating, causing your cells to work slower and less effectively. You may have an energy kick, but your cells will suffer.
But that doesn’t mean you should have to sloth your way through the day. You have the right to wake up and feel energized, right? You don’t need a pill and you don’t need another energy drink - but a natural solution that will wake you up FAST.
Eucalyptus oil is a miracle worker you’ve got to try. Most people are familiar with the plant's ability to ease respiratory symptoms, soothe and open the airways, but not many are familiar with it's ability to wake up the senses and heighten energy and alertness.

How does it “replace” caffeine?

It feels like a shot of caffeine. The menthol content works like a vasoconstrictor, causing the cells to vibrate at a faster level, bringing more circulation and oxygen to the brain, inviting better concentration and more natural focus.

It's invigorating. The menthol properties of eucalyptus leave a cooling sensation on the skin of the body and in the lungs. Just a few deep breaths and every cell of the body is invigorated and woken up from the inside out!

It creates relaxation and a sense of contentment. This is one of my favorite points. As the plant works it's way into the different parts of the body, each cell is not only invigorated but the body relaxes as though it's been to the spa. When your are awakened and relaxed at the same time, your mind feels an extra measure of peace and contentment. Not bad, right?

How to use it?
Great News! A Natural Energy Booster for the Coffee Quitters! One of the best ways to enjoy all the energizing benefits is to spray eucalyptus oil shower spray into the steam of your shower. The steam further activates the oil and your pores are open, able to better and more efficiently absorb the oil into your body and do it's work.

At Eurospa, we pride ourselves with providing you the highest quality of eucalyptus oil, easing many more symptoms of the body than we can address today. At Eurospa, we've been delivering our incredible eucalyptus and menthol products to homes and spas for over 30 years. Please, get your own bottle today and let us know how you feel!
