Don’t Be Pushed Around By Sinus Pressure! Get Fast Natural Relief NOW.

Don’t Be Pushed Around By Sinus Pressure! Get Fast Natural Relief NOW. You're busy and don't have time to be shackled down by annoying sneezing, congestion and headaches.  You also care about your health and don’t want to be constantly popping anti-histamines all day. You need relief you can count on that supports your total body wellness.

We at EuroSpa, want you to know that you can find relief and it’s surprisingly simple!

For starters: Make sure that you’re drinking enough water. Dehydration causes the mucous in your body to become thicker, making it hard to drain. Also, you’ll want to avoid excess fruit as they are higher in natural pollen count. Lastly, make sure your home spaces are cleared of dust and dander as this will aggravate allergic responses.

Tip #1. Eucalyptus Oil.
Eucalyptus is the superhero of essential oils.  When inhaled, it's oil can open the respiratory system, reduce inflammation and allow for better breathing! It confidently storms through your bronchial passages to clear to the path for more air! Add to that, it's anti-microbial properties and you'll not only clear your airways, but clean house of all it's enemies!  I recommend using this Eucalyptus Oil Shower Mist in your morning/mid-day/evening shower routine, or in a sauna/steam room if you have access to one!

Tip #2. Lavender Oil
Lavender is a natural antihistamine, anti-inflammatory and very calming. It can help reduce irritation and relax your breathing.

Tip #3. Lemon
Lemon improves immunity, relieves respiratory issues, is antibacterial and relieves respiratory inflammation.
The truth is, all of the above oils would do well to be inhaled in the heat of a shower, sauna or steam room and will work miracles when rubbed on to the head, neck  and chest with a carrier oil.   They will all penetrate your skin and airways to both cleanse them of the pollen and to give you the sinus relief you so desperately need!

Tip #4. Peppermint Oil
This super strong plant oil will help to open those clogged nasal passages and can reduce headaches caused by sinus pressure as well! Special bonus tip?  Mix with a little coconut oils and rub on the top of your forehead, at your temples and behind your ears. You'll be surprised at how this gives you relief.
But make it easy on yourself and get the eucalyptus shower spray that everyone is raving about!

It’s time to take your power back and get relief fast. Now that you can finally get it naturally, you can rest and sit in peace knowing you’re going to feel better without the side effects!

6 Benefits of Saunas & Steam Rooms Your Health Can’t Afford To Miss!

6 Benefits of Saunas & Steam Rooms Your Health Can’t Afford To Miss! Many people are talking about spa weekends and nightly sauna sessions and it’s not just because they’re wanting elegant relaxation. You might be surprised to know that people all over the world are enjoying saunas for anti-aging, pain relief, immune boosting and yes, relaxation. In addition to that, everyone is doing it; not just the wealthy but families are doing it in their homes and in bath houses as well.

Now, in the states, we don’t have bath-houses in as much abundance as those in Europe, but we can create them. Isn’t that great? At Eurospa, we design our products, like our Eucalyptus Oil Spray, to enhance your steam room and sauna experience. We believe your health and wellness should be a top priority, because you deserve to have a healthy and vibrant life.

But let's talk about the benefits you don’t want to miss out on!

To begin with, heat therapy helps to relieve stress and improve health overall. Perspiration stimulates circulation, soothes tired muscles, reduces nervous tension, and promotes healthier and more beautiful skin. You’ll probably get a better night’s sleep, too.

Here are some other benefits to sauna bathing:
  • Gives a cardiovascular workout and helps condition the heart by increasing heart rate and improving circulation. Better circulation allows more oxygen to reach injured areas of the body and helps reduce pain and speed up the healing process.
  • Soothes and relaxes tired muscles, especially before and after exercise. Heat therapy loosens the muscles and relaxes the body. Many massage therapists use heat to provide more thorough and effective treatment.
  • Cleanses skin: Sweating opens pores in the skin and flushes unhealthy toxins, loosens and expels dead cells, softens the skin and clears the complexion. The result: a more beautiful you.
  • The body eliminates most toxins naturally by sweating and heat therapy speeds up this natural process. Heat therapy stimulates the sweat glands, helping to cleanse and detoxify the body of sodium, alcohol, nicotine, cholesterol and carcinogenic heavy metals (cadmium, lead, zinc, nickel). Excess moisture and subcutaneous fat can be reduced, as well.
  • May help to relieve allergies and sinus congestion.
  • During a 10-20 minute sauna session, your heart rate increases by 50-75%. This provides the same metabolic result as physical exercise. Combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise, sauna bathing can burn as many as 300 calories during each session, which is equal to running 2-3 miles and taking a brisk walk. There is a slight effect on blood pressure because the heat also causes blood vessels to expand, thus accommodating increased blood flow.

We want you to have access to vital health and well being. Added to a healthy diet, movement and proper sleep, heat and aromatherapy can work miracles. To find out more information, we invite you to stop by and see what further products and services we have to offer. Have a beautiful day!

Simple Natural Tips for Menstrual Pain Relief Are Finally Here.

Simple Natural Tips for Menstrual Pain Relief Are Finally Here.No woman likes the monthly cramps their sentenced to. They come at the worst time and have a way about slowing your day and keeping you parked on the couch. All you want is relief and to get back to your life. But you have the right to find relief faster and without the extra drugs. Not all women are aware of how much power they have over their body’s health and wellness. We’re here to educate you, because you deserve it.
At Eurospa, we are dedicated to increasing your quality of life and health. We have compiled a small yet helpful list of natural home remedies to ease that pesky menstrual pain.

It’s time to get the relief you’re looking for, naturally and in the comfort of your own home.

Reduce Your Caffeine.  Everybody is different and sometimes a warm cup of coffee does just the trick. But it’s important to know that too much caffeine is incredibly dehydrating to your body, causing circulation to slow and pain to rist. Caffeine constricts your blood levels and raises tension: so when you’re suffering from cramps, it’s wiser to do everything possible to stay hydrated. Drinking water and herbal tea instead will not only keep your flow hydrated, but will also help relieve bloating that may occur during your period. For a caffeine free energy boost, try these tips!

Use Heat. Run a hot shower. Let the steam add up.  While you're at it, spray some of Eurospa's Eucalyptus Shower Spray into the steam.  The cleansing nature of the oil will be heightened in the stream and permeate your bronchial passages, resulting in relaxation and a further detoxified system.   Make sure that while you allow the hot water to really fall on your lower back.  This will relax those aching muscles and give you the chance to, at the same time, massage your lower belly which actually makes the process of 'release' more efficient!  Who wouldn't want that? Feel free to soak in the tub when you’re ready! If you don’t have the time or energy for the hot shower. That’s fine. Get a hot water bottle or heating pad. They may seem old-fashioned, but they really, truly help warm and relax the muscles in your lower abdomen. They are an affordable and worthy investment that will bring you relief month after month.  The heat relaxes the tension around your pain and helps the flow move more fluidly. If heat overwhelms you, use the oil combination mentioned below!

Massage. Once the area has been warmed, this is a great time for some gentle massage. Grab some cooling massage oil, if you can. You can make your own with a blend of peppermint, ginger, lavender and fractionated coconut oil.  Lavender will relax and calm you, the cinnamon aids in circulation (bringing comfort) and the peppermint with ginger is actually a very good topical anti-inflammatory.  I did this step recently and slept so much better that night.

You may not find your menstrual pain disappearing all together, but you will feel more alive and able to function more comfortably and happily, without the extra drugs!

At Eurospa, we enjoy bringing more quality to your life!  Stop by and see what we can do to better your health and daily living!
