The Natural Flu-Fighting Solutions that Keeps You Healthy all Winter Long

The Natural Flu-Fighting Solutions that Keeps You Healthy all Winter Long
You’re too busy to get the flu, but the latest flu shots don’t seem to be getting the preventative job done! How will you stay healthy and strong, not miss work and keep the kids healthy? You need a solution that you can depend on, that’s strong, effective and safe. That’s what we at Eurospa want to share with you.
Your health deserves options. And you definitely deserve to go to work healthy and at your best.
The best way to heal is to prevent illness before it starts. Get your immune system strong and keep it clean. How do you do that?
Start with steam
We've said it before, because it's what we're built on. Steam is one of the best things you can do for this cold and flu.  Our bronchial passages open up and relax their tension upon meeting the steam. As well, when you spray Eucalyptus oil into the steam the effects are even greater.  Eucalyptus oil not only stimulates the immune system, but also relieves pain and acts as an anti-bacterial agent. Simply spray into shower steam or into a stove top pot for faster inhalation. Do this twice per day.

Homemade Immune Boosting Tonic
Making your own tonic is a strong way to support your immune system whether keeping the germs away or to get better faster. Combine in one glass:

-1 TBSP raw honey
-1 TBSP raw apple cider vinegar
-1 crushed garlic clove
-1 drop of oregano oil. Keep in mind that oregano, a powerful antiviral and antibiotic, is a HOT oil, meaning that it can burn if left too strong on the skin.  Be sure to only put one drop per glass. IF the oil get's on your lips, simply rub on olive or coconut oil rather than water as water will only intensify the heat.

Both remedies have significantly treated the many different symptoms that are common with this years cold and flu viruses.  At Eurospa, we value your health and want to know that life is being enjoyed for you at it's best.

Easy Natural Ways to Fill Your Home with Your Favorite Holiday Smells

Easy Natural Ways to Fill Your Home with Your Favorite Holiday SmellsOne thing that most people can agree on, when it comes to the Holidays, is the the smells are amazing. When you walk into a home and the holiday smells surround you, you’re instantly taken back to your favorite fall and winter memories! We say take advantage of that and enjoy it for all it’s worth! But definitely stay away from those toxic air fresheners and dangerous candles. Always choose the natural and safest options for you and your family to create that holiday atmosphere easily and naturally at home.

However, because you’re busy, we don’t want you to feel like you need to bake all day to make it happen! Instead, here are a few simple ways to cheat the process, to keep it easy, safe and just as delicious!

For starters, make your own simmering potpourri. It’s quick and easy:

In a small saucepan add:
  • 1 cut up or sliced orange
  • 3 cinnamon sticks, broken in half (releases the fragrance better than the powder)
  • 1 cup of fresh cranberries
  • 1 – 2 teaspoons cloves (whole or ground)
  • 1 – 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 2 – 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 – 2 teaspoons vanilla

Water to fill to about 1 inch below the rim. (You could also use apple juice or cider!) Place your pot on the stove and set it to simmer. Soon, your house will smell like the joyous season you love! And the bonus, is you can absolutely enjoy it as a tea! Just sweeten as needed!

Other Options Include:
Cinnamon: Place cinnamon sticks in little jars around the house. You can toss a couple cloves, rosemary and even sprigs of fir to the mix for an added fragrance boost. Tie a gold or scarlet ribbon around the jar and you’ll finish it off with style.

Clove: Diffuse clove oil in an essential oil diffuser.

Coffee: Keep small dishes of coffee beans near your doors and walkways to keep a feeling of warmth and freshness around.

Orange: As you use oranges in your meals, throw the peels in the garbage disposal for that citrus burst in the home. You can also add oil of orange to your diffuser with the clove for the balanced smells.

It’s easy to set the mood for the holidays with the natural smells of the holidays. It’s about combining sweet with spicy and warm. At Eurospa, we know the importance of fragrance; it’s our business. We make the highest quality Eucalyptus oil products available, because quality fragrances have a therapeutic power that heals, inspires and restores.

Always choose the best options for you and your family. Stay away from toxic room fresheners and create that holiday atmosphere easily and naturally at home.

6 Easy Natural Remedies for Fast Sunburn Relief!

6 Easy Natural Remedies for Fast Sunburn Relief!Summer is returning and with it comes the risk and pain of sunburn. While we don't want you to avoid the fun of the summer sun, it is important to be cautious and take care of the skin you're in.  You know be preventative with sunscreen but sunburns still happen and it's important to know how to heal them fast.

At Eurospa, we know skin and we know natural healings. So here are 6 easy natural remedies for fast sunburn relief!

Cool it off
Cool your sunburned skin immediately. Dip into a very cool bath, shower or even splash cool water on affected skin, right after you come in out of the sun. Cooling the burn minimizes damage to skin layers.
Take good care
Spray the burn with diluted lavender oil.  Or, grab our own Eucalyptus Oil Shower Mist .If you choose to go with the lavender, just mix a few drops to a cup of water and pour into a clean spray bottle. Shake well before using. Both lavender and eucalyptus are good for mild (first-degree) burns of any kind.

Loose clothing

Your skin is particularly sensitive right now and the nicest thing you can do for it is to wear loose fitting natural fabrics.  Just say NO to poly blends!  Cotton and hemp fabrics are breathable and soft on the healing skin.  If you want to heal fast, you've got to baby the skin and treat it as gently as possible.

Treat often

Repeat the above steps.  Before you go to bed and once you get up in the morning, shower again. It will not only feel soothing, but it will steal the heat from the skin, speeding the healing along. Make sure you do another spray down session with your Lavender or Eucalyptus Spray before you go to bed, to really make sure those oils can use the night to penetrate into your skin.

Stay hydrated

Try to moisturize as often as possible each day after you get that blessed sunburn and drink plenty of water. I'm not kidding.  DRINK A LOT OF WATER.  I can't stress that enough. Sunburns dry out the skin immensely. Staying hydrated on the inside and out will keep your many skin layers from dying and peeling.  And we don't want peely skin! We want supple, moist and glowing skin!!

Enjoy the shade

As long as you have that burn, stay in the shade.  You will only prolong and aggravate the healing process by exposing your skin to more sun.  So stay cool, covered and moisturized!

A few extra tips

For further aiding in healing, add some vitamin E to your daily regimen both topically and through foods like apricots and cucumbers, which are high in E and also silica - great for skin!

To keep that youthful glow, stay hydrated, moisturize often and use the essential oil routine regularly. These daily practices will keep nourishing your skin and will continue to protected from normal environmental harm.

We love your health and want you to feel good.  That's why we at Eurospa do what we do. So let us know what we can do for you!

15 Powerful Ways Menthol Crystals Can Change the Quality of Your Life!

15 Powerful Ways Menthol Crystals Can Change the Quality of Your Life!

Menthol Crystals are a diamond level cure for so many of your body's ailments and you deserve to know what they are. Do you suffer from muscle pain, allergies, skin conditions, emotional imbalance or respiratory challenges? The information below will show you just how well the power of menthol crystals works to support your body in it's natural process of healing.
Menthol crystals generally come from India and are extracted from mint leaves with a gentle freezing process. The properties are so concentrated that just a few crystals are needed  to create very powerful effects. *Just beware. It's important that due to their strength, you may want to wear protective eye wear, gloves and keep the space you are working in well ventilated.  They are easy to inhale in small quantities in steam, but when you are creating a recipe, you'll be working with larger amounts in a dry environment.*

If you're ready to feel great, here are 15 powerful ways menthol crystals can change the quality of your life!
  • Reduces itching when mixed with a carrier oil or aloe vera gel.
  • Add menthol crystals to your favorite hair oil as a hair growth accelerator! Mix a small amount into the oil and massage on to the scalp before you shower, twice a week !
  • Adding menthol crystals to soap recipes can enhance your soap for any of menthol’s benefits.  Just make sure the crystals are completely dissolved in the soaping oils and stirred well to reduce skin irritations.
  • Menthol crystals can be used to alleviate nausea, especially when the nausea is due to motion sickness.  This is because peppermint (which is used in making menthol crystals) is a natural carminative herb, meaning it can settle the digestive system.
  • Homemade air fresheners are easy to make, using menthol crystals, as they leave a wonderfully minty scent without toxic ingredients.
  • A natural Pesticide, you can use it in the garden around honeybee hives to deter tracheal mites, moths and other insects.
  • Calms sunburns when mixed with aloe vera gel
  • Mix with after shave or witch hazel to relieve razor burn.
  • Reduce fever by placing a very small amount on the forehead or bottom of the feet.
  • Reduces inflammation from a soar throat when applied topically all around the neck. Can be applied directly to cuts, scrapes and bruises to reduce inflammation and irritation.
  • Burning menthol crystals is a great way to reduce the dust mites in your house. It also repels bugs of every kind - one whiff of this stuff and they run for their lives! Put a tablespoon or two in a wax burner and vaporize each room for an hour or two.
  • DIY Vapor Rub: Many people love making their own vapor rub alternative that is more effective and made of safer ingredients with the same cooling/numbing feeling that also opens up the sinuses.
  • Helps with the discomfort of tension headaches too. You can apply this mix over the temples, cheek bones, collarbone, and under the nose moments before sleep. Not only will it relax the tension but will also help with minor types of congestion. Due to it's strength, be sure to dilute the crystals in sweet almond, jajoba or other skin-friendly oil and keep away from the eyes!
  • Sinus Clearing: When your sinuses are really stopped up, just the smallest amount in a little very hot water, will send vapors up into your sinus, clearing them and helping you breath. Just keep your eyes closed to protect them from any chill or sting.
  • Used as aromatherapy, the scent can be used to provide relief of stress, anxiety and nervousness.

Are you sold yet?  It's hard not to be. Most people, after getting their own menthol crystal delivery, are so happy about it and wonder what took them so long! We at Eurospa, believe that all people have the right to good health and feel-good living, which is why we provide such high quality eucalyptus and menthol products, such as our eucalyptus oil shower spray and menthol crystals!

We believe in your health. The next step is yours. Get menthol crystals today and see for yourself.

Get Healthier, Stronger Hair, Much Faster with This Lesser Known Natural Remedy!

Get Healthier, Stronger Hair, Much Faster with This Lesser Known Natural Remedy! When it comes to hair, so many people are looking for ways to help it grow longer, stronger and faster! So many pills out on the market promise to give you unbelievable results. The problem is that most of their results are unbelievable. And those that believe it, do out of sheer determination to find something that delivers the results they are looking for. We've all been there at some point, if not with hair products, with some other quick fix.

The truth is, quick fixes, even if they do provide a fast result, don't often provide a result that lasts. The best fixes are foundational, long term, sustainable fixes.

At Eurospa, we believe in natural healing and health through the power of foods, lifestyle and the plants around us. Why? Because all three of these 'fixes' has shown themselves to be dependable resources for long term change. And if you're looking for long term help with the health and growth of your hair - we want to share with you our best tips that not only last, but are healthy, affordable and show visible results faster than you think!

Eucalyptus oil is going to be the theme in this post, as it's uses are many as well as it's benefits. Eucalyptus is a plant native to Asia but thrives in similar climates. It's got a high menthol count which increases circulation, breaks down mucous blocks, improves cell regeneration and furthers oxygen delivery throughout the body.

But here's what Eucalyptus can do for your hair:

Eucalyptus oil can also help in getting rid of dandruff, which is not only unsightly but also clogs the pores, making it difficult for the hair to grow.  Remember, when aiding our hair in it's growth, we want to make sure we are getting the stimulation needed and the roadblocks out of the way! When using eucalyptus oil for dandruff, simply wet your hair to open the pores, then spray Eucalyptus Oil Shower Spray onto the scalp about 8 inches from the head and gently massage your scalp for a few minutes. Allow the oil to sit for a few moments in order to be activated in the steam of the shower. Breathe in the steam as well, for the added boost to your immune system and respiratory health! This method is also beneficial in getting rid of head lice and their eggs, so parents are wise to keep this oil handy and keep the little one's heads safe against that invasion!

Another benefit of eucalyptus oil is that in can increase the elasticity of your hair.  So many of us know how frustrating it can be when you are trying to grow out your hair in to luxurious locks only to loose your progress to breakage and more split ends. When doing both of the above treatments, you will happily enjoy stronger hair - more resistant to further breakage and split ends.

All in all, it's an incredible oil from a miraculous plant that delivers multiple health benefits at once. We are proud to provide such a quality product to you and would love to hear of your results. Get your own bottle and share your experience with us, at Eurospa!

Hay Fever. What it is and How to Get Relief Fast and Naturally!

Hay Fever. What it is and How to Get Relief Fast and Naturally! This is the season of sneezing and sinus pain. You want to go outside and enjoy the spring air, but it hurts! You deserve to get out there and embrace the beautiful season, but how can you with hay fever waiting at the door? Well, we want to help you get clear about what hay fever is and how you can find relief naturally in the comfort of your home!

Otherwise known as allergic rhinitis or pollinosis, hay fever is an allergic reaction triggered by allergens such as dust, pollen, mites, grasses, moulds, animal fur/hair and/or air pollution. The condition tends to occur seasonally with outdoor allergens and at any time to those found indoors.

Common symptoms of hay fever include:
  • Coughing
  • Headaches
  • Sneezing
  • Sore throat
  • Itching of nose, mouth, eyes, throat, ear and skin
  • Impaired smell
  • Wheezing
  • Red and watery eyes
  • Stuffy and runny nose
  • Fatigue
  • Sleeping problems.
Ready for relief? Here's what you want to do:

Eat Preventatively.
Choose to eat a clean and balanced diet, full of high quality protein, fruits and vegetables. This helps to reduce may reduce hay fever symptoms and also strengthens the immune system. Drink a lot of water only, and do your best to avoid grains, dairy, excess salt, sugar, alcohol and anything other highly processed foods.
Bonus helpful foods to help get rid of hay fever are garlic, ginger, onions and honey.

Herbal Help.
There are several herbs that may be used to calm the sneezing, coughing, itching and congestion symptoms associated with hay fever. They work mainly by strengthening and supporting the allergen-fighting immune system. Some of these herbs are stinging nettle, gingko and quercetin.

Get Acupuncture Treatment.
Acupuncture has been shown repeatedly to effectively relieve symptoms of hay fever. Acupuncture corrects and balances the energy flow of your body (your body's electrical system) through the use of needles on the skin, specifically on facial points. This stimulates the immune system, clear congestion, any associated pain and reduce inflammation.

Steam with Eucalyptus
This is an easy and relaxing option for relieving hay fever symptoms. Start a hot shower or bath and breathe in the steam.  The steam will break up the mucous and relax the uptight muscles involved.  You can enhance this option by using the acupressure mentioned while in the heat.  Also, adding essential oils like our Eucalyptus Oil Shower Spray to the steam WITH the acupressure IN the steam, will give you peak relief.

Other Preventative Ideas
In natural healing, prevention is key. So some things you can try doing to avoid the issue of even coming up are to stay indoors if you hear the pollen count is high. Further, avoid going outside during more windy days or after thunderstorms. Instead of a lawn, have bricks, rocks and stone for a landscape. If you must go outside, take a little caster oil or petroleum jelly and line your nostrils with it. This creates a gentle barrier and protects your membranes from pollen. Lastly, wash your face, splashing water on your eyes and blowing your nose, to rid yourself of any possible pollen collecting.

You don't have to be miserable any more.  There is help!
We at Eurospa Aromatics, we are committed to your health.  Stop by and see what else we can do to increase the quality of your life and overall health.

Why One Mom Is OBSESSED With Spraying Eucalyptus Oil In Her Shower:

Why One Mom Is OBSESSED With Spraying Eucalyptus Oil In Her Shower: We know our eucalyptus oil shower spray is amazing. But when moms who've 'tried everything' use and rave about our product, our ears perk up and we get excited. Eucalyptus oil is a powerful and healing tool for better internal health through supporting the body's respiratory system with the added bonus of energizing the mind, and bringing relief to body aches and soreness. Who wouldn't want that?
Well, Janice, from www.5minutesformom.com - agrees wholeheartedly with us and was anxious to spread the word about her 'shower revelation. Here's what Janice had to say,
Why One Mom Is OBSESSED With Spraying Eucalyptus Oil In Her Shower: "I realize that it seems like 95% of people on this continent are now using essential oils to treat everything from their headaches to their tummy aches to their toe fungus, and I have jumped on that essential oil band wagon as well. I diffuse oils constantly – I have a diffuser by my bed and one in my kitchen. I rub them into my temples and the bottoms of my feet. I drink them, cook with them, clean with them and even bathe with them.
But for some reason, I had never showered with essential oils.
I guess I needed EuroSpa to make a shower mist with 100% pure eucalyptus oil and tell me to spray it into the steam of a hot shower for me to figure it out.
And now I am changed. I will be spraying eucalyptus oil into my showers for the rest of my days. It would just be silly not to…
  1. It wakes me up — Yes, I have always used my morning shower to “wake up,” but adding eucalyptus oil to that morning wake up is like adding a shot of caffeine to my shower experience, but without any caffeine needed!
  2. It clears out my sinuses — I don’t always have a cold. Although, as a mom with grade school kids, it seems like I am usually fighting off something. But even when I don’t have a virus, the eucalyptus oil seems to open up my sinuses, like I am breathing in fresh, misty mountain air.
  3. It is invigorating — I am not a morning person. I have a hard time “getting started.” But some deep breaths of eucalyptus invigorates me from the inside and out. It makes me a little bit more ready for my day.
  4. It feels like a spa — I haven’t had a facial in years, maybe decades. Going to the spa just isn’t in my budget. But with a few squirts of eucalyptus oil into the hot steam of my shower, my morning shower just went up in value. An easy taste of affordable indulgence.

How To Use

It’s so easy to transform your shower into a spa-like eucalyptus steam room…
  1. Begin by spraying one or two spritzes into the palms of your hands.
  2. Rub vigorously together to create heat.
  3. Now cup and bring slowly to your nose and breath in gently.
  4. Before you get in the shower, run hot water and spray into the steam.
  5. While you’re in the shower, you can also spray above the shower head.
  6. You may use between 5 to 10 sprays depending on how rich you want the scent."

We want to extend a hearty THANK YOU to Janice for preaching on behalf of such a worthy cause - your health! At Eurospa, we pride ourselves on the quality and efficiency of our eucalyptus oil; that even the tops spas around the world want to be part of and experience!  You can be one of the many that enjoy the benefits of Eurospa's Eucalyptus Oil Shower Spray today. Click the link and get yours. It's that simple. You can thank us later.

What's Bronchitis and HOW Can I Heal It Naturally at Home?

What's Bronchitis and HOW Can I Heal It Naturally at Home? Why suffer through the throws of bronchitis when you can find relief easily, naturally and in the comfort of your home?

At Eurospa, we believe you have the right to feel good and experience excellent health. Bronchitis shouldn't hold you back at all.

Bronchitis: What it is, and How to Get Relief:
Bronchitis is an inflammation of the trachea and bronchial tubes, typically resulting from a viral infection, such as a cold or flu. If you get bronchitis once, you tend to get it again. When essential oils are used at the earliest signs of bronchitis, they can help slow or even stop the cycle of inflammation.

  • Avoid eating mucous-producing foods, such as dairy product, white flour products, and all products containing large amounts of white sugar. A diet of fruits and vegetables only for a week or two is a great diet for bronchitis.
  • Increase your regular intake of water to at least ½ gallon daily. (On a "normal" day, you should be drinking at least half your body weight in ounces)
  • Avoid very dry air by using a diffuser and or getting into steam as often as possible. Add drops of Eucalyptus oil to the diffuser to enhance the effect. Further, get our amazing Eucalyptus oil shower spray and spray it into the shower steam! Your lungs will open up so quickly and the relief feels so good!
  • Stay away from all tobacco or industrial smoke.
  • Generally, avoid cough suppressants, since coughing helps to lift and eliminate the mucous that is generated by the bronchial inflammation.

Relief from bronchitis is possible without the use of dangerous drugs and chemicals. Eurospa knows the difference Eucalyptus makes and is proud to provide you that relief with our very own Eucalyptus oil spray.  Get a bottle of it in your home today!

Stop Suffering! Get Fast Relief from Sciatica Pain With this Natural Remedy!

Sciatica pain is a tricky monster to calm, but there are solutions for relief that you deserve to know about.  It's frustrating to experience a pain so irritating and debilitating. Sciatica pain is quite common but it's natural home remedies for pain relief are not so common.

It's time to stop suffering. Get fast relief from sciatica pain with these natural remedies.

You can ease your pain naturally with essential oils.

Stop Suffering! Get Fast Relief from Sciatica Pain With this Natural Remedy!Since sciatica may actually become worse with touch therapies, one way to effectively ease the pain is through the use of essential oils. This can be done through aromatherapy or by applying a mixture of essential oils with a carrier, such as almond, olive or jojoba oil to the painful area. Essential oils can also be used in a hot compress applied to the painful area.

Some oils that are commonly recommended, include:
  • German Chamomile - German chamomile is a powerful anti-inflammatory. It also helps to stimulate the production of red blood cells. In addition to being known for its sedative properties, German chamomile also acts as an anti-spasmatic and analgesic (pain reliever).
  • Sweet Marjoram – Sweet marjoram has many of the same properties as German chamomile. It acts as an anti-spasmatic and promotes deep relaxation. It is also a powerful stimulant and should not be used during pregnancy.
  • Cypress Oil – Cypress oil comes from the leaves (needles) and cones of the Mediterranean Cypress trees of Europe. It is used for stimulating blood circulation and is a powerful astringent. Like German chamomile and sweet marjoram it is also an anti-spasmatic and often used to relieve the cramps, sprains and strains of athletic injuries as well as the pain of rheumatoid arthritis.
  • Eucalyptus– In addition to its uses as a decongestant and germicide, eucaplytus is an effective analgesic. It also has been found to have a stimulating effect on the mind.

(At Eurospa, we know our oils well and our favorite is Eucalyptus! We've even developed a whole product line based on it's power to heal.)

Please keep in mind, that these essential oils should not be applied directly to the skin, but added to a massage lubricant, added to warm water, added to steam or used as a compress. For example:
  • If using as a compress, add four drops each of the German chamomile, marjoram and cypress to about one teaspoon of massage oil, then add that mixture to a small bowl of very warm water. Use a washcloth or small towel to absorb the liquid. Wring it out and apply to the area of pain. Remove when compress becomes cool and repeat.
  • If using in a massage session, add one or more of the essential oils in the proportion of 10-15 drops of essential oil to one ounce of carrier oil or crème. Allow the mixture to sit and blend for two to three hours before using.
  • As a pain-relieving bath, 10 drops of essential oil can be added to warm water. Soak the body for no more than 15-20 minutes.
  • When using steam, mix 10-20 drops of oil in a 6 oz spray bottle with a little water and fractionated coconut oil, and then spray into the steam. You can keep it simple by using Eurospa's Eucalyptus Oil Shower Spray as well! Steam is a great way to absorb the oils as it penetrates the pores and can travel internally via the respiratory system.
Always remember to use high quality essential oils for therapeutic use. Adding essential oils to your self care is a great way to support your body in it's own healing. At Eurospa, we're happy to be a part of the journey!

Migraine? Here Are Four Natural and Safe Ways to Find Headache Relief!

Migraine? Here Are Four Natural and Safe Ways to Find Headache Relief!Headaches and migraines may be triggered or exacerbated by stress, making relaxation an important part of headache treatment. One natural and healthy option to try is aromatherapy, which uses essential oils from plants to support the body as it heals itself. For many generations, aromatherapy has been used to relieve stress and pain for pain, and is quite safe, provided you use them as directed. Diffusing through the air is the best and safest option. For topical use, please contact the company directly to see what they recommend.

Eurospa wants you feeling good, so here are four natural ways to experience headache and migraine relief!

Lavender
Lavender oil comes from the plant’s blue-violet flowers. Some small research studies suggest that lavender oil has a calming effect when its scent is inhaled. It may also help reduce pain — aromatherapists often use it to help treat headache. Just place a few drops of lavender oil into boiling water and inhale the vapors. Lavender oil can also be rubbed into the skin for pain relief. But keep it away from your mouth and eyes — it’s toxic if ingested by a non-therapeutic grade brand.

Rosemary
Rosemary is another essential oil that is frequently used in aromatherapy. Rosemary oil applied to the skin has been used to treat muscle pain and improve circulation, so it makes sense that it could help relieve migraine or headache pain. One study supports the use of rosemary for reducing stress and anxiety. Essential oil of rosemary may be added to base oil and rubbed into the skin. It can also be added to bathwater, but avoid contact with the eyes or any open cuts.

Peppermint
Peppermint is a cross between water mint and spearmint plants, and it grows wild in Europe and North America. Peppermint oil is used in aromatherapy for headache as well as muscle and nerve pain. This essential oil can be inhaled, applied to the skin after being diluted with another oil, or taken by mouth in very small doses. Some pain studies show that peppermint oil used as aromatherapy for headache may allow people to use fewer traditional pain medications.

Eucalyptus
The leaves and oil of the eucalyptus tree are used for many medical purposes. Eucalyptus oil is said to help reduce swelling, clear nasal congestion, and relieve pain. These properties could all help ease headache pain, though there is no firm scientific evidence to support its use. Full-strength essential oil of eucalyptus should not be taken by mouth or rubbed on the skin. It should be diluted first. (everyday health)

Our favorite way of recommending it would be through steam - using our eucalyptus oil shower spray in both a shower or steam room. You'll quickly feel the pressure lighten and your body relax.
