Skip the Coffee Jitters and Use this Pick-Me-Up instead!

Skip the Coffee Jitters and Use this Pick-Me-Up instead!
Coffee is an amazing pick me up but not when it gives you the jitters. You’re already tired, so if your burst of energy wakes you up, but causes you to feel horrible, what are you supposed to do? Well I want to share an alternative idea with you that won’t be the same as your normal hot cup of joe, but will definitely give you the pick me up you’re hunting for.
Our solution? Eucalyptus oil. Not only does it have a long list of health benefits, including respiratory health, muscle pain relief, immune system support, but it also delivers an incredible increase of energy!
One powerful reason that many people use eucalyptus oil is that it creates a cooling and refreshing effect. Eucalyptus oil is a natural stimulant that removes exhaustion and mental sluggishness and rejuvenates the spirits of the worn down. It can also be effective in the treatment of stress and mental disorders.
Eucalyptus essential oil is also used to stimulate mental activity and increase blood flow to the brain, meaning that it’s a great solution for stimulating mental activity and alertness for foggy minds. It works by allowing more blood to circulate to the brain. As a result, eucalyptus essential oil is commonly used in classrooms as a form of causal aromatherapy to increase student performance. Further formal research still needs to be done to gain more global authority in this area, but all signs point to the positive correlation between brain function and eucalyptus essential oil.
That’s all great, but how do we use it? Glad you asked! Many people use add the oil to baths, spas and saunas because of its refreshing and antiseptic attributes. That’s because so many of the benefits of eucalyptus essential oil can be accessed through the vapor, as well as topical application or ingestion. To keep it simple, we at Eurospa, have created a Eucalyptus Shower Spray for your happy and healthy convenience.
The use of eucalyptus oil in healing practices is increasing in popularity worldwide, because of it's many benefits and uses. So if you’re tired and need to kick start your energy without feeling sick and jittery. You deserve a healthy solution. We've made that for you. What To Do During the Day to Have Better Sleep at Night.

What To Do During the Day to Have Better Sleep at Night. It’s so frustrating when you plop into bed after a long day only to lay in bed restless and wait for sleep to come. Or, what can be even more frustrating? When you know you’ve slept, but you feel more tired than when you went to bed.

These cycles are torturous and leave you unproductive and definitely unhappy. If you’ve been facing this for a long time, you might want to talk to your doctor. In the meantime, we have some habits to share with you that just might create the change you’re looking for.

  1. Get checked for anemia. So many people are anemic and don’t know it. Even if you think you get enough iron via supplements and food, iron can be hard to absorb and you might need a different source or higher dose.
  2. Protein and fat before bed: Eat protein and a little fat before bed to keep your blood sugar balanced during sleep. This will help you wake up clearer and without the morning headache. This tip is especially good for people who tend toward low blood sugar issues. One idea? Nut butters. Have a spoonful or make a nut-milk with protein powder drink about 45 min before bed!
  3. Dark room: Having too much light in the room messes with our ability to fall into REM sleep (when we get the most rest). The pituitary gland gets confused, thinks it’s becoming daytime and will cause you to wake up halfway or fully.
  4. Hydration: Stay hydrated all day. Dehydration can actually lead to more frequent toilet trips. As well, a hydrated body is a hydrated brain. A hydrated brain functions far better in the early morning hours than a dehydrated and slow brain.
  5. Media curfew: The blue light in phones and computers are disruptive to the pituitary gland, and keep you from winding down. So set a curfew no less than an hour before bed.
  6. Lavender in the evening:  Treat yourself to a simple massage. Put a few drops of lavender in almond oil and massage slowly and deeply from your feet all the way up to your neck and head, paying extra attention to your temples and forehead.
  7. Eucalyptus oil shower in the morning: Eucalyptus oil, a menthol based plant, is known for increasing blood circulation all over the body, which is especially helpful for the mind. By spraying eucalyptus oil into the steam of your shower, your skin, lungs and mental function will be activated, cleansed and boosted!
  8. Activity; 20-30 minutes of body movement: Get your body moving. Get the oxygen flowing. Yoga, pilates, cardio, weights. They’re all great. Don’t over exhaust yourself but definitely do enough that your body feels tired and ready to rest - not anxious and ready to move.

At Eurospa, we know how important it is to feel good, be energized and well rested. We hope you find these tips helpful. Please enjoy the quality of our eucalyptus products and feel free to contact us with any needs or questions.

Quick Natural Relief for Tired Sleepy Eyes

Quick Natural Relief for Tired Sleepy Eyes Whether it’s late night studying, having fun, a restless baby or a wound up mind, nobody likes waking up with tired eyes and the mind that matches it.
So we want to share with you some simple and natural tips to waking up not only your eyes but your whole self, so you can conquer your day with energy and eyes wide open!
Cold water. Immediately cleanse your face upon waking. Let let the cold begin. Splash your face with as cold of water you can handle, 10 - 20 times. If you’re feeling super brave, lay with an ice pack on your eyes for 5 minutes.
Take a shower. Not just any shower, take a eucalyptus shower. Run some hot water and spray eucalyptus oil mist into the steam. Breathe deep and let the menthol penetrate your lungs and skin cells for total body rejuvenation!
Caffeine. Brew up some green or black tea using 2 bags total. Once it has steeped, set aside the bags on a dish, and maybe drink the tea.  But grab those tea bags, lay down and place them on your eyes for about 10 minutes to see some great tightening and brightening.
Lemon water. Nothing is better than drinking some hot, warm or cold lemon water in the morning. Simply slice and squeeze the lemon, add water and enjoy! This will detox your endocrine and lymphatic system for an awakening from the inside out!
Eye drops. A perfect finishing touch includes lubricating and redness reducing eye drops. You’ll feel more wide eyed and less bloodshot within minutes!
Enjoy these tips and go about your day. At Eurospa, we don’t want you to miss out on life and are happy to leave you with all the natural solutions you need to make your day, (and life) great!

Is It Hard For You To Wake Up In the Morning? Try These Refreshing Ideas!

Is It Hard For You To Wake Up In the Morning? Try These Refreshing Ideas! If it's hard for you to wake up in the morning, you're not alone! Whether it's from working late,
parenthood or just too much excitement, you need a dependable way to feel energized and take care of the duties of the day! And since there's a good chance you're having a hard time keeping your eyes open, I'll make sure to make this quick, clear and easy!

If it's hard for you to wake up in the morning, try these refreshing ideas.

1. Warm Lemon Water
This one works to give you that ZING and also cleanses... even your skin will look great after doing this a few days in a row! 1/2 Lemon. One mug of water. Honey to taste with a dash (or tsp) of cayenne pepper.  GOOD MORNING!

2. Black or Green Tea Bags.
We both know that with very little sleep, you're likely to reach for a caffeinated beverage. If you're so wise to choose tea - steep your tea as usual but then apply the tea bag to your under eye area.  If you can listen to some energizing music and lay down for 5 minutes like this, you will feel more energized AND your eyes will look brighter!

3. Eucalyptus Oil Shower.
This one is great and wonderfully refreshing!  Simply take the eucalyptus oil shower spray and spritz it into the steam of the shower! The naturally occurring menthol will open up your lungs and rejuvenate you from the inside out.

We hope you find these tips useful and able to give you the energy boost you're needing both inside and out!  Have a beautiful day, from all of us at Eurospa!
